1. Research & Consultation
It starts with a lay of the land. I send you a questionnaire to understand your business, goals, and current standings.
Then, I'll take a deep dive into your content analytics and performance, as well as your competitors. I identify all the low-hanging fruit on your blog currently, and do initial keyword, topic, and industry research.
Next, I'll hop on a call with you and your content team or manager (if you have one) and we'll develop a content strategy based on my research. I'll create a content calendar for the next 6-12 months.
2. Pillar Content Creation
Next up it's time to create stunning, search-optimized, top-tier content. If you're hiring me as a consultant, I'll schedule reviews to check in on your content team.
For clients who choose my "done for you" service, you'll receive one (or more) best-on-the-web resources per month, based on strategically chosen topics. These posts will generate massive traffic, quickly accrue backlinks, and serve as the "pillars" of your content marketing.
It's important that these pieces are top of the line, which is why I recommend clients hire me for at least one year of content creation. This allows me to create the pillar content that fuels your growth for the next decade.
